Gibbston Valley Winery cellar cave
Opened by the Governor General in Dec 1995, the Gibbston Valley Winery cellar cave was described as "a new era in Central Otago winemaking and New Zealand tourism". NMA prepared the Assessment of Environmental Effects for the cellar cave, restaurant and carparking extensions, and obtained land use, stormwater and spoil disposal consents. Architectural design input and documentation to various components of the project were also undertaken.
