Resource consents, district and
regional plans
Much
of our work is assistance on resource management matters, development
applications and permitting processes, design and permitting for
subdivisions and and policy and technical input to district and
regional plans. We have completed numerous land use and site
development evaluations, and advise on height limits, building
envelopes, and environmental effects. These matters may variously
involve any or all concept and developed design, community
consultation, presentations to council, preparation of expert evidence,
participation in mediation proceedings. See our property and
development gallery for specific examples.
