A residential infill
project of doctor's surgery plus apartment living. Design of
separate dwelling at rear, constructed on 3 levels. Site subdivision
and development consents, including analysis of sunlight and shade
effects to adjoining properties. The project was completed in 1997 for
NZ$1M.

Local Government Building Entrance
NMA was engaged to reconfigure and comprehensively
redesign the new ground floor entrance lobby to the Local Government
Building on Lambton Quay, Wellington. Design features include a vaulted
linear ceiling, wall panels of NZ veneer timbers, contrasting painted
finishes and polished terrazzo stone flooring.

NM Associates provided
architectural and design services for upper level additions and internal
alterations to an existing townhouse residence in Hatton Street in 1999.
The brief included a new upper level bedroom, rearranged internal access,
new skylights to lower level dining room, new kitchen design and
lighting design throughout the formal living areas.
